LABOR DAY LISTEN-DOWN

  • Are you working at a company that requires you to attend training programs that focus on race and equity?
  • Has your company adopted policies that hire and promote based on “diversity”—which actually means hiring and promoting based on a person’s race?
  • Are you afraid to voice your concerns about the problems being created by “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” programs?

If yes, you are not alone.

Color Us United gets hundreds of email weekly from employees who feel humiliated by companies imposing woke ideology.  Articles are constantly published about the absurdity of DEI mandates.  Still CEOS are listening to HR staff and consultants who claim that DEI programs are garnering positive benefits.

That is why Corporate CEOs need to hear from their employees. They need to learn of the actual resentment being caused by these divisive policies. CEOs need to learn how employees may sacrifice quality in the name of DEI.  Or how productive loyal employees are being passed over in the name of DEI goals.

That is why we have created Labor Day Listen-Down. On Labor Day, we will urge CEOs to listen “down” the corporate ladder to YOU.  However, we must first learn of the specific problems DEI is causing at your workplace. It can be anything from—

  • Disappointment as you watch loyal high-performing employees—maybe yourself—be passed over for a promotion
  • Concern that your company—when hiring—seems to place higher priority on someone’s skin color than their skills
  • You are afraid to tell a person of color that he/she made an error
  • Resentment at watching management fail to reprimand people of color who do not abide by company policy

If you experience any of these concerns or others, please let us know. Simply submit your concerns. We will post them anonymously—unless you indicate otherwise.

Please advise in which industry you work. We will be gathering these comments by industry. We expect to get thousands of comments. It will be these comments that truly force CEOs to understand DEI is causing problems rather than improving workplace environment.
